Our story

Hi, I'm Ken, the founder and roaster of Ceez Roasting Company. I started roasting coffee in 2015 when I was searching for local coffee roasters but couldn't find any at the time. I decided to take matters into my own hands and bought a small roaster and some green beans. I experimented with different roasting profiles and techniques until I found the perfect balance of flavor and aroma that suited my taste. I was hooked.

My philosophy is quality over quantity. Every batch of coffee is roasted one pound at a time, using only the finest beans. I roast each batch to order, so you always get the freshest and most delicious coffee possible. I believe that every cup of coffee should be a memorable and satisfying experience.
